He was super pleasant, helpful, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He even helped us communicate with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered on their end, which was a huge help. Erick was also really good about keeping us updated throughout the whole process and was always quick to answer any questions we had. He was very thorough and quoted us a reasonable price to replace the whole roof and upgraded our gutters. They were very professional and respectful throughout the entire process. The crew that came out did an excellent job on keeping our property and our neighbors properties clean. They arrived early morning and finished early afternoon. Approximately 6 months ago had a roof contractor tell me my roof didn't qualify for Insurance coverage.A bout 3 weeks ago, I came home and the E&D had just finished roofing my neighbors house. I asked German with E&D if he could look at my roof, which he was happy to help. He said I should qualify. He walked me through the whole process of contacting the insurance and setting up an appointment for an insurance adjuster to come out. German came out and met the insurance adjuster and I was approved for insurance coverage. I recommend E&D Premier Roofing they did a great job. The crew had my old roof removed and replaced in one day. Took care to protect my windows and place plastic on the ground to catch all the roof debri.. Any and all other issues related to the damage were managed by German and E&D team. Very professional service team.
