Eric from E&D Roofing gave us a bid on replacing our hail damaged roof. He met with our Insurance Adjuster and within 1 Day it was approved and the job scheduled the very next day. His Dad ran the crew and he was so skilled and particular about the work he and his crew were doing. The job was perfect! They arrived early and completed the job in 1 day. There rolled out plastic to catch the debris and when I hey left it was as clean and nail free! After inspection there was one thing that was missed and Eric came by within an hour of learning about it! Eric's, his Dad & 2 other men came - corrected the very minor issue. Approximately 6 months ago had a roof contractor tell me my roof didn't qualify for Insurance coverage.A bout 3 weeks ago, I came home and the E&D had just finished roofing my neighbors house. I asked German with E&D if he could look at my roof, which he was happy to help. He said I should qualify. He walked me through the whole process of contacting the insurance and setting up an appointment for an insurance adjuster to come out. German came out and met the insurance adjuster and I was approved for insurance coverage. I recommend E&D Premier Roofing they did a great job. The crew had my old roof removed and replaced in one day. Took care to protect my windows and place plastic on the ground to catch all the roof debri.. Any and all other issues related to the damage were managed by German and E&D team. Very professional service team.

The roofing replacement process was extremely frustrating and trying to say the least. German continued to reassure me to give the process of letting him continue with and stay in touch with Progressive Insurance and get the full roof replacement done. Progressive Insurance only wanted to do a small partial roof replacement. After Progressive Insurance had sent out 3 company inspectors with varying results and Germans' diligent and persistent refusal to allow this to be acceptable with the photos showing the damage to the roof that he had taken. An independent Inspector was sent and agreed with German that the entire roof needed to be replaced, Thomas came out to explain the process of the Solar panels being removed & the shingles and equipment being delivered and when the work to replace the shingles would start. Thomas was very thorough with this information. He was there during this process which was reassuring and made me feel at ease. German also was there to be sure that I was totally satisfied with the work as it went along. Thomas walked me through the completed process taking pictures of all of the work which had been done. I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with both of these young men. I told them that E&D Premier Roofing & Solar was very lucky to 2 outstanding employees in German & Thomas. I will recommend your company to any & all of my friends & individuals who ask or inquire as to who replaced the roof of on our home. I am so glad that I chose & stuck by & with your company. Then by chance I met Lee Yeap from E&D Premier Roofing & Solar and the rest was history. That week eight of their roofing signs went up on my block. My roof had a leak that wasn’t an approved claim according to my insurance company despite 2 claims in the past few months. I worked with Chris Jones with E&D Premiere Roofing and he assessed the problem and found the leak in the roof that was causing the damage to the ceiling in my spare bedroom. E&D sealed the leak and after a few storms we confined the leak was indeed closed. Alfonso came out and removed the rotted, water damaged area in the ceiling and put in new sheet rock and painted the whole ceiling. He arrived on time, communicated exactly what was going to be done and matched the ceiling paint perfectly. He was done in a few hours and the ceiling is back to normal. We got hit by the wind storm last year. This is the first time that i had such damage on my siding and roof. I put in a claim with the insurance. After calling around for quotes and talking to some very rude contractors, i luckily got connected to Erick. He was the first to explain how the process works and how he would work for you. He was straighforward on everything, and never over promised. It did take 6 months to settle with the insurance. Once the approval for the claim came in, it took less than a week for Erick to do his magick. New roof, new siding, and a new garage door as a plus! Ive never seen people work so quickly and accurately. Highly recommend this company!

These guys were awesome to deal with. They came early the next day after a big hail storm night before. Troy Atchley inspected the roof and made us aware of the damage that was caused by hail. The insurance inspector came out a few days later and his summary matched almost word for word what Troy has assessed. This made me feel great. You hear horror stories about roofers and Troy and the team were professional, courtesy, 100% honest and Troy followed through every little detail and always made sure we were kept aware of progress. My experience with these guys was absolutely amazing! It started the night when after the bad storm I figured out a leak in one of the bedrooms. I texted Erick at midnight. And I do apologize for such a late text but I needed to make sure he could show up to my house as early as possible in the morning. And Erick did. He showed up with Oscar at 7am (!!!!), did an inspection, helped us to file a claim right away, covered the roof to make sure there would be no leak with the future storms coming until they can replace the whole thing. As soon as insurance made a deposit, his crew was there, working on the roof. Today I can say I'm a very satisfied customer, with a brand new roof, with new rain gutters, vents, with a warranty, and realizing there is one guy , who can be at my house if I face any troubles with my roof in the future, who is reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. Troy and the team at E&D Premier Roofing did an amazing job with our roof replacement! We were effected by the recent heavy storms and high winds and they were quick to respond with getting tarps on the roof and ensure no leaks. When the insurance adjustor finally made their way here, Troy was on the scene ready to assist with anything needed. This was super helpful as our adjustor didn't get fully on the roof and were talking about just minor repairs. Troy was quick to get on the roof and get pictures and point out all of the damage he could not see. As it came time to finally schedule the replacement, Troy dropped by again to talk us through the different options we had for materials and walk us through the full process of how the day would go. The thoroughness and attention to detail for everything was greatly appreciated! The team performing the replacement was great and quick! They were here bright and early to get started and did their best to accommodate us leaving the house multiple times and even finished their work earlier than estimated. E&D premier roofing did a great job. After a severe hail storm came through our area, we were introduced to West with E&D, who assessed our roof and property. West communicated with our insurance agent and was able to get the ball rolling very quickly. Any and all questions we had were answered very quickly and there was never any question on what was happening next. The crew had our old roof removed and replaced in 1 day with all debris cleaned up professionally. Any and all other issues related to the damage were managed by the E&D team. Daisy and Eric came to inspect our roof and they were there to help us through the whole process. They even replaced our skylight as well! They placed tarps all around my house to protect my lawn and plywood to protect the garage door. Once the job was completed, everything was left clean. I highly do recommend them. With all the storms coming through who wouldn't want a Free Roof Inspection? I started noticing water spots on the ceiling inside our home, I was worried there might be something worse going on. I contacted E&D Premier Roofing and spoke to Daisy, she was such an understanding, friendly, and knowledgeable person, she set us up with a Free Inspection and worked around our schedule. Erick and Xavier came out and inspected, found several areas of hail and wind damage. Was told they were going to work with our insurance to get everything covered. They battled with our insurance on our behalf we didn't have to do anything, the roof was finally approved after a couple of re-inspections from our insurance. We scheduled a build day, they came early and was done same day within a few hours. Let me tell you their work is amazing, the new roof is beautiful and the colors match the siding of the house perfectly. I recommend E&D Premier Roofing 100% they will do everything in their power to help you through out the entire process.

I highly recommend E&D Premier Roofing because Clayton was very easy to work with and they got here at 6:30 am went right to work and were done by 3:30pm. This was one of the best experiences we have had regarding our home improvement projects. Carlos came out for the estimate the same day we called and was very transparent with us thru out the whole process. We did run into some hiccups but Carlos was so attentive to all details and making sure we got taken care of the right way. He was also very proactive and helpful when it came to talking to the home insurance. Honestly he made this whole process as stress free as possible. Overall, very grateful with E&D Premier Roofing and Carlos.
